Practising role-plays based on typical workplace situations.
OET Speaking Sub-test
This part of the OET is to test how good you are at spoken communication in your job. The test tries to reflect the types of communication that you would use in specific situations in your work.

For the Speaking test, you will be talking to someone about your job, and doing two role-plays. A role-play is like a pretend work situation. For each role-play you will get a card with instructions explaining the situation and what is expected of you. You'll have a few minutes to prepare before you do each role-play. The person you are talking to will follow a similar role-card, and you will talk for about five minutes for each role-play.
